Meet Helen Draper
Helen Draper, Founder of Climate Calmâ„¢ and Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), has two decades of professional experience across politics, government, and business, leading some of the UK's most progressive climate programmes.
After developing a severe neurological condition, her four-year recovery journey, alongside a deep study of neuroscience, inspired her to bring science-backed tools to those feeling the weight of global change.
As a best-selling author and speaker, certified neuroscience coach, and yoga teacher, Helen gets to the heart of what it really truly means to show up authentically for globally turbulent times.
She is mother, lives in Wales, and loves spending time in and around the sea.

In 2021, a devastating neurological condition reduced Helen from a marathon runner to struggling to walk her young son to school.
Four years of research and healing led to the Climate Calmâ„¢ Method, to help others move beyond anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm while amplifying their positive impact in the world.
Her books and resources form part of The Climate Calmâ„¢ Resilience Series, the first self-development series to bridge climate, environment, and sustainability leadership with neuroscience and wellbeing.
Unlike generic resilience or mindfulness books, this connects personal and planetary change, for sustainable people creating a sustainable world.
